2013 - 2014 Dates
A full summer season of Pack Horse Adventures are ready and waiting for you. With 9 Packhorse Adventures and 2 Natural Horsemanship we hope we can take you on a journey of a lifetime "Way above the ragged spurs, in the belly ofthe clouds" and the accomodation will be finnished too.
Winter program
This Autumn - Winter we will be operating a range of new products, High Country Harvest festival, to our Grand Opening of the new Spring Spur hosted Accommodation and a new website launch, there will be plenty of action about the traps at BHA.
Pack Trips
Our renowned packhorse expeditions are unique and far from the modern world. We are the only operators in all of Australia, to use pack horses to support our expeditions allowing us to venture into remote and beautiful camps.
The mountain valleys of North East Victoria are ideal for riding all year. Featuring lush pastures, wooded stock routes, tall mountain forests, fern gullies and river crossings, we have horses to suit all riders.
We have a range of horsemanship and Bush Skills programs designed to introduce or enhance the skills of the rider. Offered in a working High Country environment, these clinics are an insight into Australian Horsemanship.
All that the Australian High Country and Alpine National Park have to offer feature in our backyard - the "Bogongs". Entwined into this dramatic landscape is a rich tapestry of natural wonders and cultural heritage.
